YouTube Playlist – Nature and Travel Without Narration

Sometimes the best way to experience a place is simply to let the scenery speak for itself.

This playlist brings together some of the earlier Miles & Hikes hiking and road-trip videos from California and Baja California, filmed without narration. Instead of talking through the experience, these videos let you take in the landscapes, trails, roads, and surroundings through natural sounds and music.

These videos were made during the early years of the channel, before narration became a bigger part of my videos. I haven’t made this style of video in several years and don’t currently plan to return to it, but I still enjoy having these older adventures here as a quieter part of the Miles & Hikes archive.

You’ll find a mix of hikes and road trips through California and Baja, with the focus simply on being there — walking the trail, traveling the road, taking in the scenery, and experiencing the atmosphere of each place without a voiceover explaining what you’re seeing.

If you enjoy nature and travel videos without narration, relaxing scenic footage, ambient outdoor sounds, or simply want to experience a destination without a lot of commentary, this playlist is for you.

These aren’t ASMR, meditation, or stock-footage videos. They’re simply real hikes and road trips from my earlier adventures, presented without narration so you can experience them at your own pace.
