Miles and Hikes Now in English and Spanish!

Big news from the Miles and Hikes channel! We’re thrilled to announce that all future videos will now be released in two fully dubbed versions: English and Spanish. That’s right—whether you’re road-tripping through California or planning your next hike in Baja, you can now enjoy our bilingual travel videos in the language that feels most natural to you.

We’ve been planning this for a long time. Viewers from Mexico and across Latin America have shown so much love and support over the years, and it felt like the right moment to finally bring everyone into the adventure—no language barriers!

What’s Changing?

Every time a new video is released on the channel, you’ll now see two versions:
– One entirely in English
– One entirely in Spanish

No subtitles, no voiceovers clashing—each version is fully dubbed to feel just right for each language audience.

To help you tell them apart, we’ve made the thumbnails easy to recognize:
– English videos will continue to have the familiar green bar at the top of the thumbnail.
– Spanish videos will have a new red bar and an “Español” icon added right on the thumbnail.

This clean and clear format means you can quickly spot the version that suits you, whether you’re watching from Los Angeles or La Paz, or anywhere else!

What About Past Videos?

Great question! We’re also going to go back and release Spanish versions of older videos, little by little, as it is a bug undertaking. So if you’ve been following for a while and have favorite episodes, chances are at some point its Spanish version will be uploaded sometime in the next few weeks or months. We’re working hard to ensure that both versions retain the tone, mood, and vibe of the original experience, so nothing gets lost in translation.

We’re also updating our video descriptions and titles to reflect the language of each version. That way, whether you’re browsing on desktop, mobile, or TV, it’s easier than ever to find exactly what you’re looking for.

In the meantime, we’re prioritizing the most-watched videos for translation. So if there’s one you’d love to see in Spanish, let us know in the comments!

Be sure to subscribe and hit the bell so you don’t miss when a new dubbed classic video drops.

Why Go Bilingual?

This change is about more than just language—it’s about community.

Miles and Hikes has always been about connecting people through nature, adventure, and the freedom of the open road. And as the audience has grown, it’s been impossible to ignore our Spanish-speaking viewers, especially from Mexico and Latin America. This is why we are releasing bilingual travel videos now.

Creating content that reflects this community makes sense to us. It’s our way of saying: You belong here. This is your journey too.

Will English Content Still Be Available?

Absolutely. English will continue to be the foundation of the channel. The bilingual format is all about expanding access, not replacing anything. If you’ve been here since the beginning, nothing’s changing for you—except that we’re growing, together.

How Can You Help?

The best way to support this update is simple:
– Watch the new bilingual videos, or leave them playing in the background. There is also a “MIles and Hikes en ESPAÑOL” Playlist where all Spanish videos will be added.
– Share them with your friends, especially those who might appreciate the Spanish versions.
– Leave a comment (in any language!) and let us know what you think.
– Your feedback means the world to us, and continuously helps shape how we move forward.

Thanks for being part of the adventure—wherever you’re watching from, we’re glad you’re here. This journey just got a lot more inclusive with our bilingual travel videos, and it’s only the beginning!
